Intensive Care nursing flow sheet

Hi, I am looking for a critical care /intensive care flow sheet. Our hospital would like to revise ours and I do not like the direction they are going in. I would love if some ome could email me one ore let me know of a catalog or website to find some examples.

Our hospital uses the CORE system. I'm not sure where get it from, but I guess you try to search on-line. It is very thorough and easy.

I, too, am looking for a critica care flow sheet for our pediatric clinic. We have EMR, but don't have a good paper flow sheet to record the action. Any suggestions or examples would be helpful.
