In case anyone reasons this, I learned Innovative Renal purchased ARA and the changes have not been very positive. It sounds like ARA was patient focused first with profits second & staff was overall happy. Now it sounds like staff is unhappy, profit is first & patients second. Maybe someone who has worked for the company can comment more. Sounds like it has become another Davita.
Sorry to reboot this post but wanted to chime in as I am a former medic (retired) and now unfortunately a dialysis patient formerly with ARA and now with "Uninnovative Renal".
ARA was absolutely amazing. Since the buyout they have placed so many cost cutting measures it it's ridiculous. In PD, They have taken away the modern amia machines replacing them with the old style machines from 30 years ago. Supplies have been shorted, they no longer supply extra bags when you need them for whatever reason during the months cycle which could easily put in in the hospital, and even small stuff has changed like not putting paper covers fresh over the dialysis chairs like ARA did.
Turnover is now high... 3 nurses in 12 months.
Most of the ARA staff has left. Management has nothing but excuses. They have actually lied to me multiple times making me question the healthcare I even receive from them.
Most recently they have refused to prescribe a medicine that my nephrologist had me on and said I needed because of an issue with their legal department and the pharmaceutical company! A lawyer is saying no to me getting a lifesaving drug that now has to be sourced from Canada.

I had an interview recently with IRC. I have been ghosted by the recruiter but am unclear why as it sounded very much like an offer was forthcoming. Is this normal for this company? I am disappointed of course but would mainly like a definitive answer as the interview process was several weeks. My time should be valued as well but lately this seems the norm w/employers - ghosting candidates that is.
