Injection Nurse Compensation

Hi everyone! I recently got certified in neurotoxin (Botox) injections and dermal fillers. I already have a medical director who I am going to work under and I will be using her clinic as my place for injections as well. I'm not going to be a paid employee of hers, rather, she will just earn 10% of my earnings. I will not have to pay rent for using her office and I will not have to pay for supplies besides the actual product I use. So my question is, does this sound like a good deal? I'm assuming I'll be responsible for my malpractice insurance since I'm not technically an employee of hers. But has anyone ever heard of an arrangement like this? I love the idea of making my own schedule but want to make sure I'm actually going to be making money as well. Thanks in advance for your time and responses!
