AFAIK, there are not any nursing programs that are that short. CNA programs aren't very long, but that's not a nurse.
Good luck!

There are no nursing programs in existence that last only 6 months.
The shortest nursing program in Texas is the licensed vocational nurse (LVN) program, which tends to be 12 months long at private vocational schools. The typical associate degree RN program takes 2 to 3 years to complete. The typical bachelor degree RN program takes 4 to 5 years to complete. The typical diploma RN program takes 3 years to complete.
Thank you for the information, Nursing has always appealed to me,and it will be my greatest achievment to become one. I might have to consider staying longer for the licensed vocational nurse (LVN) program which you said will last 12 months. please can i get more information as regards to the school or the website?
I would really appreciate that.
