does anyone have any suggestions of getting hired for private skilled nursing care in the home (without agency)? A potential client asked me if Id be available for that, and I said Id get back to them. My first concern is liablility, even though I have malpractice insurance. any thoughts/ suggestions on this one? I've had it with most of the agencies Im signed up with. Most of them offer no support, theres pay check discrepencies not to mention getting the run around many times. In other words, Im getting tired of the bs. What does anyone think about this?
