INfo for LVN to BSN at indiana state university?

Published

it states intheir material that clinicals are done locally with a preceptor..does this mean you have to do a practical clinical test in order to complete the program ( like regents?) or you just do your hours in clinical like any BSN program?

The challenge exams are the CSM courses correct? Sorry for not being clear but yes admission to the nursing program. I know you need a 2.5 gpa for the nursing program and 2.0 for the university alone. So then I should apply for summer admission and then apply to the nursing program for the fall? Or is that even possible?

Thank you for the information! :yeah:I appreciate it. I took precalculus as an upper division math course and passed. The only thing I have left to take is statistics and I'm taking that because I know it's a requisite for some courses in the MSN program. I have everything else in the general education and also my sciences. So I'm looking at the CSM and also the nursing classes. If you're admitted for the Fall will they let you take the CSM courses during the summer previous?

Not sure about that because a couple of things have changed. When I started you had to be in the nursing program before you could take CSM tests. Now I believe the rule is that you have to complete them before you apply to the nursing program.
