Hi , I have been searching for civilian RN jobs in the military. I have not had much luck. Does anyone know a good resource ? Any comments would be appreciated. Thank You!

The individual base websites list open positions of all kinds and indicate whether civilians can apply. I live near Scott AFB and have a number of friends who are retired military now working as contractors at the base.
They tell me that if a retired military applies for the same job as a civilian, the ex-mil will get that job every time.

Here is the US govt's website for jobs. You can do a search for jobs in the medical field and it will bring up RN positions for military installations. Hope this helps.
