Can anyone recommend a reputable Internet site with the latest figures for the US? It is very confusing trying to find this information :banghead: ...Also the latest stats on the causes of neonatal versus infant mortality. Any assistance would be most appreciated :)

Have you tried the CDC web site? (http://www.cdc.gov)

Also, the March of Dimes web site has a professionals and researchers section. Maybe you could find some information there.

Maybe the World Health Organization? They seem to compile that kind of data. I"m not sure if they post it anywhere but it might be a good starting point.
