From what I have learned the order of infant assessment is Inspection, Auscultation, Percussion, Palpation. But, I read a different order (Inspection, Auscultation, Palpation, Percussion) on Uworld nationales. Which one do you think is right? Do we follow the same order for toddlers and preschoolers too? Thank you!
For the purpose of school, do what you were taught there. For the purpose of real life assessment, there's essentially no clinical difference performing percussion before palpation or vice versa.
