I am an IWU graduate with my BSN. I went to a satellite campus. I loved the program. The only thing is I feel they failed to mention how the clinicals are all in addition to the regular one night per week. It caught me off guard and I needed to cut back on work to get it all done. But the program is great and it was christian based which I also appreciated. I took 2 online courses to finish up prereqs and I thought they were kinda hard but mostly because I like face to face learning. Good Luck
Actually, I graduated with my ASN from a nonaccredited school and IWU was the only university to accept all of my credits. I did have to take an "entrance" exam but that was a piece of cake. I spent approx 4 hours a week on clinicals. But with the distance I had to drive it really took up a lot of time. I did have a few extra credits I needed to pick up but it really was no problem. I didn't have to repeat any courses I had taken elsewhere. I really felt IWU was the first university I had come in contact with that catered to the "nontraditional" student. I took several courses online, "clep"ed out of some, and used my military transcript for others. I would highly recommend the program. I graduated in 2000.
I start my MSN in nursing education from Indiana Wesleyan next month...would love to hear from other MSN or even RN/BSN students! My email is [email protected]

Anyone go through the online program at Indiana Wesleyan? Sounds like it requires one night a week of classroom, and about 40 hours clinical total. Not sure about papers, assignments, etc. Please let me know if anyone is currently enrolled or has graduated from there
