HI, I am an RN, looking for an independent organisation offering an RN Med/Math test. I have tried googling but all that i get and practice sites in preparation for a test. Does anyone know anywhere that i could register and take the test independently? Your help will highly be appreciated.

Good day, kiatu10:
I've not heard of such an option; why would you want that vs. taking at your college/school?
Thank you.
I am not in school anymore. I had two med errors in a nursing home that was reported to the office of professional conduct by the company. The case is still in progress but I've been asked to take an independent med math.

Hmm - I think you can register for PAX (used to be NLN) online. -- from the web site:
"The NLN PAX RN and PN comprises three main areas: Verbal skills, which consists of both word knowledge and reading comprehension; Mathematics, which includes basic calculations, word problems, and incorporates algebra, geometry, conversions, graphs, and applied mathematics; and Science, which examines general biology, chemistry, physics, and earth science. The NLN PAX-PN includes the above content as well as a section on health and first aid." You can't take only one part, so maybe they would agree to just look at the math section? I have no idea what the cost would be.
Most standardized 'nurse-oriented' math tests are bundled into another assessment, like the PAX.
There are other standardized math test available, but they are not focused on healthcare. If you want more information, about them I would suggest that you contact your local GED providers or Literacy Council because they use these types of diagnostic tests all the time in order to determine placement for adult students.
