Inactivity Correspondence?

Hello girls,

I called them today and they told me to send in authorization forms for transcripts. But I applied for N.Y. CVS and my information is, that they will use the same documents. So what can I do now? How do I get CVS N.Y. to submit everything to Visa Screen?

How long ago were your transcripts sent in? That would be the only reason to need to send another authorization form in. Just send it and don't worry...

CVS is actually part of CGFNS, sometimes they just get their wires crossed. They do not actually have to send anything. ICHP is also part of the same company. They use the same file numbers for both.

What did they actually say to you when you phoned them?

CVS is "ready for review" so I guess that they got everything.

After I had applied for Visa Screen, they sent me this email:

Thank you for your interest in the CGFNS/ICHP.

This message is to inform you that CGFNS has received the following materials as

part of your application:

Unofficial Transcript Document

Please note: This message does NOT in any way indicate that your file is

complete; the purpose of this message is to inform you of CGFNS' receipt of the

materials listed above. Be advised that upon review of your file by the CGFNS

Credentials Department, you will be notified by mail of the status of your

application.

Then I hoped that CVS will sent everything to Visa Screen-but obviously not.

The lady yesterday told me that I should sent authorization forms but then they will have to translate everything into English and will charge me for that? Why can`t they share?

I could also send another email and ask that question.

What do you think?

They normally do share files, not sure what is going on here. Just give them a call today.............and please keep me posted.

I will talk to them.

Seems to be a strange week for me anyway-I have never gotten their ground mail . First I called them to check adress etc.. Everything was fine. They sent it another time-nothing happend. I called again. The lady was stressed out and asked me "Why do you need that letters for? ". O.k. I sent them emails regarding that mail problem and asked for certified mail.

Today I went to our main post office to complain a little bit . They think it might be something strange going on in Philadelphia...

Is it a case for "X-files" ? *ggg*.

So I will send this and hopefully everything will be o.k.

Another question, a little bit off topic:

Do you know "nursingspectrum.com" ? They offer a flat rate for online courses. Do you know something better ?

Which classes do you need? If for the NY license, any of them are just fine.

I already did the N.Y. classes. So far I do not "need" anything I just want to get more educated .
