Our hospital provide grant for clinical units to improve patient and family experience. For example, providing geriatric chairs to patients, use buzzbee to decrease pain from injections.

Would like to learn what kind special or unit project your hospital or unit is using for patient experience improvement.

You should be basing your project upon the specific and individual experiences and needs of patients who visit YOUR unit/department. What do the post care surveys reflect? What are common requests or complaints? Why are the patients staying in your unit?
