important question..please help!

Hey. I have a very important question about one of the medias used in microbiology. for the lysine decarboxylase broth (the one where you put a layer of mineral oil on the top of the broth) if the result is yellow, does that indicate an acidic pH and a negative result right? If you know PLEASE help!! I'm writing my unknowns and its tomorrow and I'm freaking out b/c I dont have that one writtten down. Thanks so so much!!

Yes, it it changes to yellow it is an acid and a negative reaction.
