Important fingerprinting info

I am in the process of moving to Florida. I went down to the police station today to get my fingerprinting done as required by the Florida state board of nursing. I paid my $20 and they took my fingerprints but they didn't come out very clear. I was told that state boards of nursing are very picky and that they would probably reject these fingerprints. I then went to a different place in the next town paid $16 and got some kind of special laser type prints done and they were much better and clearer. This person told me that these would probably be OK. She did tell me that if these new fingerprint cards were rejected by the state that I should buy some corn huskers hand lotion and to use it on my hands for a week before I came back to get re-fingerprinted. She said that my fingers were very dry probably due to frequent hand washing. Anyway, I thought I would pass this on so others could be prepared before they go and get fingerprinted.
