Could someone please clarify the process in looking into your immunizations? Measles, mumps, rubella, TB, hep B, etc. I am sure I have had most of these done, but have no idea how to look up the records. I asked my mom, but she doesn't know either...

Your local community health centre should have your immunization record. You can phone ahead to verify which unit has your record if multiple units exist for your city.

If you do not have a record, or you have an incomplete record, you can request serological tests from the aforementioned health units as well. They will provide vaccination as needed.

Looking back at my children, their last in school vaccinations were when they were 15. Usually they are good for about 10 years. Public Health offices keep them or in some rare cases your GP might have records. What with electronic health records, your GP might be able to access them.

Usually titres are requested by the GP and come back fairly quickly.

I remember most of my classmates getting vaccinated for Hepatitis and Tetorifice. I had all mine done at the public health office. Just told them I was starting nursing school and they were more than happy to bring me up to date.
