Hi guys,

just a quick question regarding the visa to apply..

can I apply on a student visa even if it's a non-cricos course? (iron program in ACFE)

the reason for that is for my partner (and maybe me during weekends) to be able to work for at most 20hours a week.

Hi. I dont think so jjeetthh. I also asked for that but the immigration only grants 456 visa. Except for LaTrobe and other colleges who are cricos accredited. My friends in LTU will have the student visa.

Just like what she mentioned, she was not able to apply for registration because she's not able to complete the required 3 months probationary period that is why Saudi will not release any Certificate of Good Standing. Maybe (in my opinion), she should've not mentioned her employment in Saudi because as far as i can see, it caused her a lot of trouble in her application for Australia.. Anyway, just apply for CGS in our home country.. It will only take for few days. :)

I was referring to grace's post not to frances because she said she has to apply personally And that they won't release it to any relative.

I just went there, no need for appointments.. But i heard its different now so you better call them before u go :)

I'm wondering also. i talked to my friend and she said if you put single you will have to send cenomar. If you put.married you will have to send marriage certificate. She sent one herself. So i don't need this? Thanks!

I just learned about it today. I wanted to review the list of requirements for the visa as I am preparing my documents. It's in their website. For me, it would be best to comply.

But it is not written on the application form right?i already sent my papers last week. Maybe i just have to wait for their advise if i need to pass lacking documents.

Have you tried getting cenomar already? do you know how much it costs and how many days? so i'm guessing...with this...we'd need around a month and a half to 2 to process a 456 visa?

I am also slowly gathering and trying to understand how to get 456 visa as i am doing this alone..
