Hello guyz! Imma newbie! I just wanna ask if do i need to include in my documents any registration/accreditation papers from the school in applying for the business short stay visa 456? Thank you!! Im kinda lost here.hehehe!

I included mine. Guys what is this details of identity card or identity number issued by your government? Is this my passport?

I am not sure but I just photocopied the page with personal info and the back page. i did not include pages with stamp

Thank u for the info! About ur q, i personally dnt have an identity card, i think we dnt have one in our country.hehehe! And q8 is about details of ur passport already so i think q11 is different.

So I will leave it blank? how about or PRC card? or drivers license?

I left mine blank, i have lived in saudi before and they have what they call iqama or the resident's id, i think that is the equivalent of what they are pertaining to in that specific question;)
