I haven't responded because I don't know the answer to your question. But I am curious as to how things are panning out for you? What happened that this immediate threat to public was decided? Also, I think your best bet is to consult a lawyer with experience in these matters.

Most licensure applications ask if one has ever had a license acted upon, and it's not necessarily limited just to the type of license one is applying for.

  • Here is the list of questions for PA teacher certification:
  • Have you been the subject of a child abuse investigation?
  • Are you currently under investigation for misconduct by an employer?
  • Have you left a job while allegations of misconduct were pending?
  • Are you under investigation or disciplinary action by a licensing agency?
  • Have you had a license or certificate denied, revoked, or suspended?
  • Have you been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony?

That bolded question can very well affect one's application even if the license is from another occupation.
