I'm undergoing a chemical dependency evaluation, how long will it take to go through?

I'm in the final stages of a petition for a declaratory order. I started this process a year ago this month. I have been accepted (conditionally) to the LVN program at my school three times now. My college won't let me actually start until the order is done. Here is my problem: I was told in October that I would be receiving a proposed Eligibility Order. I never did. After contacting the TX BON, they said the order was in the legal department for review. I was contacted 2 days ago by the Board. They told me that in order for the lawyer to sign off on my Eligibility Order, I have to undergo a Chemical Dependency Eval. That is fine with me. However, I only have SIX weeks to get this done in order to start my classes. I have an appt. on the 11th of December for my evaluation. My classes start on January 22nd. Is this enough time to get the evaluation done, sent to the Board, and get an answer in time to start my classes?

My evaluation only took the day of the appointment..I'm in NC though

Mine will only take that day, too. What I'm worried about is the time it takes for my results to get back to the TX BON, and for the BON to get back to me. They have to ok it before the school lets me start on January 22. Think 6 weeks is sufficient time with my evaluation taking place on December 11?

Im not sure about the TX BON but NCBON is usually pretty swift in replying to me.
