Nursing Students NCLEX

I took the NCLEX-PN, second try, on Monday and I had no idea what I was feeling. Instead of going straight home, I went to therapy, shopping, that is, and treated myself with a mani & pedi. It was a good day until I got home and felt sick to my stomach, feeling depressed, that indeed, I failed the test. From this point, I am going to continue to keep my head up, hope for the best, stay positive and be motivated, and continue to pray. I still have hope until I get my actual result, but for now, I gotta go back to studying and commit.

For those nurses who have not taken the NCLEX, have taken it, or soon will take it, good luck and all my prayers goes out to all of you. The nurses who are NCLEX repeaters and who continues to study, stay motivated and be strong.

There is plenty of time to get upset, either because you failed or because you passed, when you get your official result. Good luck.

Au, from what state have u taken your nclex? I also took mine on tues and havent received my results yet.

Au, did you do the "trick" that every1s talking about?

i did it couple times after I took my test Friday Sept 3rd in CA for NCLEX-PN and I've been unfortunate, again (3xs), and I feel soo down in the dumps since i took my test :( also felt mad and frustrated :banghead: I'm really not a good test taker & started thinking that I'm gonna have to prepare/study 3xs as hard before the next time. I realized how NCLEX was giving me Qs that made me sooo indecisive :uhoh21: of the choices they have. I dont know I guess I need to really practice,its just soo :angthts: tricky! ok i'm gona give myself 2 weeks before I prepare again, good thing i'm goin to Vegas next weekend and just enjoy myself *wine before I start studying again :throcomp: We can do this i am praying too as well ok Have a great weekend!

Hi lisat380! Unfortunately, yes I have been checking that pearsonvue trick over and over. It's obvious that I bummed the NCLEX again! I just hope I'm wrong! So true about preparing/studying 3x harder! I've already lost my motivation and can't stay focus! I keep promising myself, but can't manage to keep it! I don't know, I'm soo lost!!!

Anyways, I hope you pampered yourself with lots of fun before you start to study again. On the other hand, I'm staying local and trying to get my mojo back!!! hahaha

Keep me posted when you get your actual results. It's kinda nice to know that someone, but myself, have had the same issue as I've been having. Thx again, and good luck to ya!!!
