omg!!! after 3 weeks of waiting, i finally called the ca-brn and they told me that they are waiting for my fingerprints to clear and that is why i have been waiting for so long. they said it should take only a few days and i should have my license in a week or so. i am so numb right now, i can't even believe it. you all have been so great with your positive notes, that i just can't thank you enough. i am the happiest girl in the world today.
