:nurse: Hey yall! I'm new too. I work CVR/ICU. And whoever said Nursing in Ms. didn't s--k. has never worked here. The pay is crap! We almost always work short. So far no mandatory OT at my hospital. Usually guilt OT from your buds having to work short.And all you really wanna do is enjoy your days off!!!Anyway that's my piece.

hi there dixie...good thing its 3am so i can welcome you to the board. i have a strict policy of one welcome per day and i used tht up yesterday.

i think we are working short everywhere.
