Hello! I'm Katie and I'm new to this site & the nursing profession in general. I'm a student and I just obtained my nursing assistant certification. I"ll start working as a CNA in January and I'm extremely excited, as I LOVED my clinicals.
I am, however, a little nervous about my schooling. I'm doing very well so far (4.0 woohoo!) but I have only done my general education classes. Any advice on what I can expect to encounter when I start my actual nursing classes next spring? Any advice in general for someone just starting out? Anything would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

Hi Katie,
Welcome! It sounds like you will do fine. Just make sure you stay on top of the material because while I didn't find it complicated there was a ton of it. Find out what NCLEX book your school uses and get used to doing those type questions. FWIW I had to be happy with mostly Bs and a few As in nursing school despite my beautiful 4.0 in pre-reqs. Good luck!
