My husband and I will be moving just north of Tampa this summer and I'm looking for a good, reputable hospital to work at. I'm not really sure what the average pay is in florida, since most of the jobs I've looked at says the pay is "N/A". I have 1 year experience in Oncology/Palliative. We have looked at houses online to rent, and most of them don't seem to be very expensive but curious how easy they are to rent? I'm very excited to make the move, but it's stressful trying to figure all of this out from so far away . If anyone has any comments about any of the above, I'd really appreciate it!

You might want to check with the American Cancer Society, perhaps the Tampa division -- they deal with some of the areas best oncology practices. I have meet some nurses from Gulfcoast Oncology while volunteering at ACS -- they seemed to really enjoy working there. Moffit is a beautiful facility too...very state of the art..
As far as the rent... the housing market is terrible so lots of houses out there for rent.. allot for less than my mortgage. It seems like good deals are to be had.... Good luck on your job search!!
