I'm going to have an phone interview in DAVITA for RN position, I need help!

I have to idea what to expect guys. What are the usual question to they normally ask? I need help guys. Thanks!

keepmovinglpn, what area do you work in? I'm in TX and have been trying to get some info on DaVita, but have had trouble. I actually work for DaVita RX right now and want to transfer to a clinic. I will be graduating in May and hopefully have my RN license by June. Do you have any idea what they starting pay for new RNs is?
