HELP !

I do not have the cna certification yet BUT i have 4 years of the actual experience. Ive taken the practice test and pasted both times. I was wondering if it was possible to get a job at a nursing home and they allow me to obtain it. Or do they even do that?

Im very frustrated because I have all this experience and im beyond prepared to take the test. BUT of course you need the hours before you can take the test. I do NOT have 600 dollars for the course and 107 for the test.

DO ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE AT ALL??

Check with your state as well as with the management of the nursing home at which you are interested in seeking employment. The regulations differ in each state and what might be valid in one state might not be in another.
