To those who are licensing in Illinois, kindly help please.
I just want to know how did you receive your Approval Letter from Continental Testing Services (CTS).
E-mail or courier mail (USPS)?

Usually when you are to expect a response, the entity providing the end result will tell you what to expect, a phone call, letter, telegram, email, whatever. A quick call in the morning should clear this up. Good luck.

Question:
Does ContinentalTesting really don't accept non-US credit cards? I tried to apply online a while ago, and it's asking me for a US Billing Address which I don't have since my credit card is not based in the US. Is there any way I can still pay online?

That was my problem before. I called CTS regarding it, and they told me that they are not accepting international credit card. I got a money draft in US currency and sent it together with my four pages application form.
You call CTS for sure answer.
^I see.
Another question - when they receive my application form together will all the necessary forms (eg CT-NUR & FP-NUR), how long will it take them to send me the approval letter that I'm eligible? Or will they actually send me one? The reason why I'm asking is because I want to wait for their approval first before I would apply to Pearson Vue.

It took about a week for me and I would recommend just going ahead and applying at Pearson Vue at the same time.
