hi JustBeachyNurse,

The weblinks you posted is base on the main reference for a requirement for IL Licensure by Examination base on the IL Practice Act.

However, in my own personal understanding, Section 1300.300 does not seem to indicate that it also applies for Licensure by Endorsement.

Section 1300.300 Application for Examination or Licensure

a) Each applicant shall file, with the Division or the testing service designated by the Division, a completed, signed application, on forms supplied by the Division, that includes:

1) proof of graduation from a nursing education program that meets the requirements of Section 1300.40;

Honestly, I feel confuse.

Heading on page is 'license by endorsement for nurses educated outside the US.'

"Proof of licensure in your country of education is required as part of the credentialing process "

Hi did you try to endorse your license in IL? Because I want to move to IL and I don't have ph license

you are not eligible without a license from the country of education. Read page 7, bolded red type, of the IL license by endorsement application
