IELTS test result for visascreen application

Good day,

Guys, I would like to ask about ielts test result can be combine as one for visa screen application, I'm a foreign nurse wishing to work in the US, last year 2015 I took my ielts exam I got only 6.0 overall band score and speaking is 7, and this year I took again my exam and I got 6.5 overall band score and speaking is 6.5. :cry: :cry: These results can be accepted?

yes it says there that all passed scored should be submitted and it is valid for 2 years, but it does not says there if combine scores are accepted, I got that info from my friend.

if my memory still is fine, band score should be at least 7 and so is speaking.It cannot be combined also as well, like 2 results in different exams.

I am not sure with IELTS if you can combine that. I do know with TOEFL ibt that if you fail or low in speaking section, you can take a separate section in speaking only TOEFL TSE and combine it with your previous TOEFL ibt.
