Ielts for new jersey bon

Good news everyone! I went to nj bon in newark today just to ask if could take ielts instead of toefl and she said i could either take toefl, ielts or toeic.. I took the toefl exam before but i only got 23 in speaking so i guess i will find my luck in ielts cause they said its much easier and cheaper.
