I need help in identifying the question im being asked better, I just scored a 76 on a test where the girls I taught most of this material on this test scored high 90's I know that I am haviong aproblem indentifying and reading the question properly can anyone help me with this?

I think sometimes people read too much into the questions. Don't get bogged down in the minute details. Think about the big picture aspects of the question. Also, read the questions at the end of your chapters in the book, and get an N-CLEX type study guide. I like Saunders. It will show you what the questions can look like and get you thinking in that direction, plus give you rationales for why the other answers were not as pertinent as the correct one. It's all just trying to make you think like a nurse. Good luck!

Can you give some examples of what the questions were and what you answered?

I dont know the ones I got wrong yet, I was hoping to find something about identifying the stem of aq question and there was more to it then that but it was a way to better understand each question.

There is but it will be more beneficial IMO for you to know where you are going wrong once you see what it was you did wrong you know? But let me see if I can find my info sheet one of our instructors gave us about key words and stuff.
