Ideas for Practium

I need help with formulating ideas on what i could do practium project on. i need to look at aproblem in nursing and look at evidence based practice and what it says about the problem and how it can be improved. Does anyone have any ideas, especially in diabetes.

I did my evidence based paper on the use of normal saline lavages during tracheal suctioning. I do a lot of suctioning and one day I thought, "Hmm, I wonder if this is even helping."

(Answer: No, not really.)

To the OP: You could think about questions your patients have asked you or questions you've asked yourself. Is this really safe? Should I do X instead of Y? Which (insert thingeemajigee) is the best for controlling blood sugar?
