Ice Bucket Challenge injuries

I've seen some videos of the ice bucket challenge gone horribly wrong and had to wonder how many injuries ended up seen in the ED/hospital/clinic. Any good stories out there?

WOW- if this thread takes off there are liable to be a lot of HIPAA violations posted here. I can think of one that went badly wrong, but I can't think of any way of telling it without risking my job and my licence.

I've gotten to the point where I'm sick unto death of the Ice Bucket Challenge. Just donate and forget the stupid ice bucket already!
