I am so weird

Hey guys. I have NCLEX tommarow but I am really not nervous (well it would be a lie but I am minimally nervous). Is this normal (I feel confident in my knowledge). I feel my biggest concern is me reading the questions to fast. I feel I have my job secured and if I fail I will be on another floor as a CNA for 1.5 months until my next shot. I just feel there is worse things that could happen in my life.

Is this normal because everyone seems so nervous.

If you feel confident then you will probably do fine. Take your time in answering the questions, though. It sounds like you may be expecting to cut off at 75 questions so just make sure you know what they are asking...beware, I had a few questions with factual options, however, they did not answer the question at hand. Also, there may be multiple correct options but one is may have more priority so read every option.

GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!:D I'm still waiting to find out if I passed. I stopped at 75. I felt pretty prepared before and during my test.

I took mine as a second honeymoon. We were pretty broke at the time and you had to rent a hotel back in the old days when you took NCLEX at the state capital over two days. I've always tested well and I figured after 4 1/2 years in school I sholud be able to get through one test. It's my honest opinion that most people who fail thier boards do so from anxiety not lack of knowlage. If schools would spend a week or so teaching relaxation technique and test taking skills the board passing rate would improve.
