I can't say that you are going to get may responses. Why don't you explain your thought process one way or the other and then other experienced nurses can compound upon that Good luck!

This your second post for homework help. Try looking up the answers in your books. Come to us when you are stuck and explain what you have found so far and what you don't understand. Then I will be happy to help you. But just asking for the answer is not cool.

Think of what you've learned in Anatomy and Physiology, and explain to us what you think.

Looking up information is a habit you need to fall deep into.
As a safe practicing nurse you will never stop doing so.
Think outloud and tell us your train of thought about your questions. Some may appreciate the review.

If you want to know the answer then look it up.
This is not google. You don't just type in the question and sit back waiting for us to spit out the answer.
Sheesh.

Then I suggest you google "ICP symptoms". If you're only resource is the net, then you need to be able to find the answers immediately, not days later.
A lot of people don't like it, but I and my fellow nurses have found wikipedia to be a fantastic resource. For example, look at what I found: Intracranial pressure - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
You don't have time to read books, but you are worried about errors
Good luck with that
