I want to attend University of San Francisco but I need more information.

Hello all, I am currently attending a community college and wanted to transfer to USF. I understand that it is expensive, competitive, and that you must maintain a 3.0+ GPA in order to be accepted but I need information on what classes to take. I have already looked at the recommended coursework for their school of nursing program but I'm not sure if those are all the required classes. Do I need to take general ed? I have also looked at their articulation agreement and I don't understand what the purpose of that is. I have tried calling USF transfer services, but they said everything was on their website (which is partially true) they were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Any information would help, thank you very much!

I can't comment on USF transfer requirements or their curriculum.. but if it were me and they are not very interested in helping a potential student then I would seriously think twice about attendance :)

Yes, you will need to take all of your general ed in order to obtain your BSN. I have no idea about the articulation agreement.

While the minimum GPA for application is 3.0, your actual GPA needs to be significantly higher in order to be competitive.

If your experience with them is unhelpful and unfriendly, I can only imagine how supportive they must be with students in their program. For what you pay to attend, you would think they'd treat potential students better.
