I want to be able to work in two locations!

Hello!

I am currently a med surg/tele/pallative/hospice RN who wishes to work in two different locations. I have a 'permanent' address in one location but I also have a place in a different location (about two hours away) that is closer to my grandchildren (which of course is of greatest importance!!) that I am able to stay. I would like to explore going into the hospice field but am unsure how to state the locations on my resume so as to be able to work in both locations! Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Your resume just shows the info for the jobs you hold. The address you put at the top would match the designated location. When you want to apply for jobs in Cincinnati, you use the version of your resume that has your Cincinnati address. When you want to apply for jobs in Cleveland, you use the version of your resume that has your Cleveland address on it.
