I took the NCLEX-PN today...UGH HELP !!!!!

OMG i took the nclex today....it shut off at 85....I think I know I failed? Please tell me what the point of studying was, I even had a 3 day review course taught by some very intelligent people from drexel university but somehow I still feel as though I failed the test. All of the questions seemed to be a big joke to me, I felt like I guessed most of the answers. I had a bunch of math questions which I kno I got right but omg I had so many select all that apply and even a few where I had to put the steps in order (for procedures I had never ever heard of). My school offered us ATI tests to take and study from and I always did great on those but wow they were easy compared to the NCLEX..... I feel like im gonna throw up :o:uhoh3:

When you get a certain percentage right the test stops. When I took that test it stopped at 240 question and i almost died but I passed it on the first try. My friend who took it also stopped at 85 she passed also. Congrats Nurse

I know how you feel...... i stopped at 86 and i took it on the 11th of this month....sooo i have yet to share the burden with you.. heheeh

thanx jay it nice to kno im not the only one lol......im so worried and i kno i shouldnt be....its actually not a bad worry more like i just wanna kno how i did ya kno.....i basically jus dont wanna have to take it again because i dont care what anyone says thats not a test u can really study for:o

Please people i need to kno what my odds of passing the nclex-pn are.....ive heard lots of people saying they passed when it cut off at 85....anyone ever heard of someone failing at #85?????? Im goin crazy here :uhoh3:

I passed and had less questions than that! I think it was 78 questions. That was in 2003.

I passed NCLEX-PN with 85 questions back in 2005.

I passed at 85 and have heard of very few that fail at 85. My ATI instructor told me that she has never had a student fail at 85. I BET YOU PASSED :)

i felt the same way. i got alot of select all that apply and more than a dozen meds. i am still awaiting my results...should be here any day now!

i also stopped at 85...hopefully its a good thing, my instructor said most people who cut off at 85 pass...
