I was a repeat nclex taker.

So they say 3rd times the charm and they were right! But if it's more than the 3rd time don't let that discourage you because the it's the 4th, 5th, and so fourth the charm. I wanted to share my experience to y'all because when I was stressed and discouraged I found comfort on allnurses. My tips to any repeat test taker is no major life changes! I mean none. I didn't take a Kaplan or Live course even after failing twice you don't really need it. I stuck with PDA by Lachairty which is worth every penny! 3500 free nclex questions (google it.) There is also a 35 page study guide floating around that saved my life. I watched countless youtube videos and kept saying you will be an RN. Everything you study will not be on the nclex. It's how you critical think on the questions. You cannot memorize content but you can understand how to break down the question. Always ask yourself what are they really asking me and if I had only one thing to do, what would I do? I hope this helps anyone who is retaking the nclex. Good luck!
