I really need an answer

:sniff:Yes i was a cna in oklahoma for about one year i was pregant with my twin daughter i had a incident with a resident and we fell in the shower. At the time i didnt fight for my license and know that i am trying they told me that it was to late and that my name was already placed on the registry. My question is if my name ids o n the registry in one state and i move to another state will i be able to start over in the new state and be a cna or is that not possible. thank you.:cry:

I can only speak for Florida, so you'll still need to check other states. In the application to take the exam, there is a question "Have you ever had a CNA license, or any other professional license, suspended or revoked in another state? If so, please explain."

I would suggest you see if there is any type of appeals process in Oklahoma first. Did the Board/ Dept. of Health send you letters? If you ignored them, it might be difficult or impossible to get this resolved.
