We are having a test over blood disorders and cancer. This seems so complex can anyone give me some hints on what to focus on when it come to the test there is so much info any help would be great!!!!!

I will always recommend this to students, and this is no different a case. It would help you a lot to get a good NCLEX review book and study that chapter/section applying to your current studies. It will help you "focus" on what they are likely looking for, and then study those paragraphs/chapters you see emphasized, again, in your text.

I'm doing a mentorship on a Hematology/Oncology unit. It's great. One thing that I can recommend is to KNOW YOUR LABS. They're tested daily at a minimum and the treatment for the day is based on the results.

Also, try asking your instructor how he/she thinks you should prioritize the info. Some are forthcoming and some tell you it's good critical thinking/NCLEX practice to figure it out for yourself. :rolleyes: You'll be no worse off anyway.
