Hello everyone…..I would like to share my good news with you-----I passed the NCLEX exam that I took just 2 days ago! I am very happy with the results and I want to thank all the people who gave me encouragement, support, and kind words in this forum. May God bless you! Although I live here in the US, I am proud to say that I am a Filipina Nurse! And to anyone who's just about to take the exam, just continue to answer as many CD trainers as you could. You can do it! Just like to share here......i just bought a reviewer published by mosby's entitled...Prioritization,Delegation and Assignment, it's a good book. The questions are very challenging, you have to analyze thoroughly the questions to figure out the answer. Unlike some reviewers that some of the answers are obvious. The book is just thin, contains only 200+ pages but it's amazing.

try kaplan, their questions require more critical thinking which is what you essentially have to do to pass the boards

Some questions were similar but of course not exactly the same. But it helped me exercise my critical thinking skils.
