Took my exam this morning and passed with flying colors! Looking back, I don't even know why I was so nervous! Seriously, for those of you who haven't taken your certification test yet, CHILL. Don't get nervous the way I did. I couldn't even sleep last night because I was so wound up. If you are nervous about your skills, just breathe and don't focus so much on the "steps". Just do it the correct way. Remember the important things... Washing hands, gloves, locking the bed before standing a client up, giving the call light and you will be just fine! As for the written portion, its all common sense. Don't doubt your first instinct!
Also, another piece of advice... get there early. Its better to be early than late. Our test time was 8am...we were told to be there at 7:30am. W started the test promptly at 8. Then had a girl come in about 2 minutes after 8 and we had already started the written test... so they turned her away. That would suck.. just give yourself plenty of time to get there and find parking! I ended up having to park a few blocks away and walk to the test site...if I were running late, I wouldn't have made it. Don't make that mistake!

Congratulations!
Excellent advice - that is what I did: tried to just envision myself in the real scenario. I also thought about the fact, that I learned, had clinicals and practiced.
I had to believe that I could do it, that was the main thing. Believe in yourself, you've got this!
