Guys!Gals! I'm so happy! I took the NCLEX last November 12 in Manila and i received a letter today.. It says i pass the NCLEX-RN exam.. I'm so glad i made it with 76 items.
But there's one thing that says, they have to get my US SSN, for them to give my permanent license. But, I'm not a US citizen, How will I get that social security number? Honestly, i really do not know what to do. Should i call the California Board of Nursing? Please, If someone knew...let me know..

Congratulations on passing the NCLEX exam.
Since much has already been written about this topic, am going to go ahead and close this thread. Just do a search and you will find all of the answers that you are looking for. There are actually several threads just below the stickies that are dealing with this issue right now.
