Also where can I find a list of recent abbreviations like the one above? for example 3q/24hrs. I don't know what the 3q is...

most medical dosage calculation books have them... i borrowed a few from the library and forgot to make a copy of the chart. you can google and find some websites like http://www.cwladis.com/math104/lecture5.php
