Wlaurie, RN 169 Posts Jul 19, 2021 I was a big study bug. I got to the point where I would set the alarm for let's say 3 hours of study time. When the alarm went off I closed the books. Knowing that I set time to study and there was an end time to it helped the study anxiety. I also set up a schedule of what I needed to study when for tests and deadlines for other assignments. I would post it on the fridge to keep track of where I was at. I thought of studying as training for the Olympics, trying to be at peak performance at test time. It worked for me and I'm glad it's over.
