i would say one of the following
1) a small tree they can plant to reflect upon (its growth) as they continue in their careers
2) a survival kit: a baggie of items and a piece of paper explaining each
bandaid: to soothe hurt feelings.
safety pin: to hold things together.
hugs & kisses (hersheys): we all need them... often.
tissue: to dry someone's tears (perhaps your own) so you can see the tears of others.
lifesavers: you're a "lifesaver" to patients.
smiley face (it's a sticker): to help keep a smile on your face... it's not only good for your face, it's good for others.
pencils. r: write down your memorable moments.
small bottle of advil or tylenol
3) a journal with a penny (2011 penny-or whatever year they graduate) taped to the inside cover that says "a penny for your thoughts, priceless memories"
4) a nice pen with the engraving of the year and school they graduated (from).
these are my thoughts because each would mean something to me.

Ive tried brainstorming and looking through various catalogues for ideas..but im coming up short... since we will all be graduating at at one point or another , What would you like to get from your school at graduation? (Besides that glorious ADN or BSN degree:D)
Guys & Girls input would be greatly appreciated! :)
Thanks
