I need help on registering NY RN lincense.

Hello, I am international nursing student (F-1) who graduated this June from nursing school in NYC and currently registering RN license on NYSED before take NCLEX. However, while I am filing 'online form-1', the 'citizenship/immigration section' ask me to put 'alien number or control number issued by USCIS' which I do not have. Only for those who have green card or SSN have that number. Hence, I would like to ask wisdom from you guys that which number I can put on the section instead of those control number. What I can provide is either my visa number or SEVIS or I-94 or passport number.

By the way, I already asked the school department, international student office, some lawyers on online, but no one knows. However, I know I can take NCLEX without greencard or social so I ask here.
