I need some help,please!

Hi frndz,thiz actually my very first time posting cos since i joined(last year) i,v taken my time reading stufz related to my issue & i,v not contributed cos i,m not a nurse.......yet or a nursing student.....just yet. Thiz mite be lenghty bt i promise to be brief. Thanx 4 reading......& helping.

I recently joined my hubby here in Dallas and came with a BSc in microbiology(from my country.....African) & planing to get in2 nursing school asap starting from LVN & go all d way....God willing. My only lead now is El-centro.(Affordable) I,m still waiting for d scheduling of their information sessions while i,m looking for other options.

1. Plz can anyone tell me other community colleges or other affordable schools with lvn program within Dallas/DFW area without being in a waiting list.

2. Does anyone have info on el-centro info session cos their website is down, no response to my calls & had no time off my job to go to d school 4 d schedule.

3. Do i realy need to go thru d route of cna........as some folks r advicing me to do?

4. Is the credit from my previous school transferable via my transcript for some of the classes i need to take prior to d lvn classas

I,m very sorry for boring y'all out already:D....... but any help will be appreciated from those with d needed info and those who have gone thru diz same route.
